Nurture

This painting had several faces and went through several layers before the characters emerged. Sometimes the boy looked like a girl, sometimes the adult looked older...and while the characters shown may appear to some as ethnic or aboriginal, that was not the intention, rather let the viewer draw their own conclusions. This painting was to emote a feeling of nonverbal emotion and a connection between the two subjects.
