Arôme de mimosa

This painting is part of a series of work that I am doing on AROMAS, where I am experimenting with the use of colours, lines, shapes, textures and composition to convey the "abstractness" of smells. My sense of smell is very focused, especially when I am outside, and I want to explore ways to visually show what I am perceiving. So far, I have worked on snow, coffee, ocean and cottonwood leaves aromas.
